We are based in the Allgäu, but active worldwide. Whether mountain panoramas, historic castles, cities or faraway dream destinations – we plan and deliver events globally without compromising on quality or service.

From the first idea through to on-site delivery: we handle logistics, organisation, partner coordination and schedule management. With a dedicated contact person, you have full transparency and can focus entirely on your guests.

Whether 10 employees or 2,000: we support small teams, mid-sized companies and international corporations alike. What matters is not size, but the expectation of impact, quality and an unforgettable experience.

We plan your event at the perfect location: thanks to years of carefully cultivated partnerships with exclusive and inspiring venues, you benefit from short distances, quick coordination and special access.

In addition, our own premium locations in our Allgäu home region are available to you: our IgluLodge on the Nebelhorn, as well as the Köpfle Alpe and the Berghotel Wald & Wiesn in Balderschwang – each can be booked exclusively for your event and comes with full end-to-end support.

In general, we recommend planning early to secure preferred dates, exclusive locations and tailored programmes. Thanks to our own locations, an extensive equipment warehouse and our large team of event professionals, however, we can also deliver many projects at short notice and without compromise.

Our concepts combine strategic objectives with experience-driven formats, ensuring that every event has a lasting impact and motivates teams.

Together, we clarify the occasion, expectations, participant structure and desired impact – such as team building, motivation, strategy work or employee retention. On this basis, we create an experience that not only sounds good, but truly makes sense in the corporate context.

The earlier, the better – ideally as soon as the first considerations arise. This allows us to align budget, objectives, format and location sensibly from the outset and avoid unnecessary detours.

Last-minute enquiries are still possible: thanks to our network and experience, we can find viable solutions even on tight timelines.

We do not work with pre-made, off-the-shelf events: every event is tailored to objectives, participant structure, budget and occasion.

Of course, we draw on proven modules, locations and partners – but the dramaturgy, schedule and content direction are developed individually for each company.
