Film your own blockbuster!
A creative boost for your team: In the Short Film Challenge, tasks are distributed independently, ideas are developed together, and interface communication is taken to a new level. Old role distributions? You can forget them: here, only cooperation, improvisation, and a lot of creative fun count.
For your short film, you can choose from witty, professionally prepared scripts written by us – from knightly epics to prime-time comedy thrillers with a wink.
But there is no room for big egos on the film set: randomly divided into small teams, your participants independently take over all tasks and break up familiar structures: Who directs? Who ensures perfect sound? Who is behind the camera – and who is in front of it?
Your team in the leading role
Produce. Improvise. Triumph.
Then it’s time for action: each team produces its scenes completely independently. Our script only provides a rough framework – creative ideas, spontaneous improvisations, and witty twists are explicitly encouraged.
The team explores the location freely, selects suitable filming locations, and coordinates with others, even across team boundaries: some scenes are filmed in cooperation with other teams – coordination, organization, and shared timing are required here.
Each team only films its own scenes and does not know what the others are doing. What turn the film takes in the end only becomes clear to your guests after dinner, because…

While your participants were involved in dinner or your desired supporting program, our editors have gone full throttle – and finished editing your blockbuster! So, off to the premiere with cola, popcorn, and many proud faces!

There are no limits to the sequence and organization of your Short Film Challenge. Our event architects tailor the event precisely to your needs and support you from the first idea to the implementation on-site from a single source.
The scripts for our Short Film Challenge can also be flexibly adapted – from incorporating allusions and running jokes of your company to staging your latest product innovation in a central film role.

Teambuilding
Teams are randomly assigned and receive scripts and film equipment. Each team is assigned one of our event guides, who assists them with technical questions.

Role Distribution & Costume
Each team decides among themselves who takes on which tasks in front of or behind the camera. The actors choose a suitable costume from our large costume collection.

Start of Filming
The teams move freely around the event grounds, find the right filming location for each scene, and shoot their scenes.

End of Filming and Break
As soon as all scenes have been filmed, the teams return their equipment. The team event is “officially” over at this point, and the participants start their chosen supporting program, e.g., a festive dinner together.

Film Premiere
After dinner, the big surprise follows: our team has already finished editing the film and invites you to the big film premiere in a pop-up cinema with soft drinks and cinema snacks.

Optional: Grand Award Ceremony
After many shared laughs, use the relaxed atmosphere for a spontaneous award show: Who had the best costume? Who had the funniest dialogue? And who gave the most convincing performance?
