What will you and your team create? You are completely free. Whether everyone just starts painting on their own, or you work together on one large overall picture.
We adapt the duration and scope of Team Painting flexibly to your conference schedule—from a short impulse to an extended creative break.
On request, we can also tailor your Team Painting session to the content of your conference—for example, through a free interpretation of your logo, a key topic or your newly defined corporate values. This creates a subtle link to your agenda without disrupting the creative flow or the feeling of a break.

During your conference, you have redefined your corporate values. Now you want to round off the experience with a creative group activity on the topic.

Arrival & briefing
You arrive, divide the participants into groups and introduce the theme of the painting session:
Each team is to design a picture for one of your corporate values. At the end, the individual pictures should form one large overall artwork.

Team Painting
After a brief introduction from us, the teams get started right away and let their creativity run free.
Brushes, canvases and everything else come from us—the ideas from you.

Collecting & securing results
Once everyone is finished, you bring the works from the individual teams together and present the complete illustration of your corporate values.
You take the finished overall artwork back to your company headquarters and display it there—as a lasting reminder of the conference and the shared creative moment.
