Instead of prefabricated parts, there is a large material pool and plenty of room for creativity. The challenges during construction and on the shared ride symbolically show how team spirit works in real life—hands-on, emotional, and measurable.
After the adventure comes the reward: At the relaxed base camp, deck chairs, music, cold drinks, and a hearty snack await. Time to unwind, reflect, and share a laugh—without pressure, but with real impact.

How Your Raft-Building Team Event Works

Arrival & orientation
Welcome at base camp, a relaxed start with drinks and a brief introduction.

Team allocation & task briefing
Groups are given the task of building a raft that can float. How they achieve this is up to them: creativity, communication & cooperation are required.

Materials & planning
Each team receives the same material package: sturdy wood, barrels for buoyancy, ropes, and ratchet straps.
Then it’s time to think: How do we create a stable construction? Who takes on which task in the team?

Build phase
Now it really begins. During the hands-on build phase, you saw, tie knots, discuss, and test ideas.
Our guides are on hand to advise, but only step in when necessary. Safety is always kept in view.

Safety check & launch
Before heading onto the water, our guides check all rafts for stability and safety. If everything is in order: cast off!

Big raft trip
Whether as a race, a relaxed tour, or a symbolic crossing, the water trip is the emotional highlight.
Teams steer their self-built rafts to the finish line together—with teamwork, perseverance, and a sense of adventure.

Relaxing at base camp
After the water experience comes the well-deserved wind-down: At base camp, deck chairs, cold drinks, and a tasty snack are ready.
Now it is time to exchange ideas, reflect, and celebrate together.
