For a motor vehicle business, for example, elements from the workshop and motorsport intertwine; from thematically appropriate quizzes to active challenges on our e-go-karts.

The teams go through several stations individually tailored to the industry and target group. Tasks range from skill and communication to creative challenges.

Finale & Shared Success
During the construction phase, the teams implement their plans with manual skill.

Testing
After around 100 minutes, the goal is reached—or can still be reached with a bonus round. Once the point column is filled, you celebrate your shared success and distribute the winner’s prizes to the team.
