With THE GAME, we realized a high-quality show format that perfectly combined entertainment, team spirit, and glamour: including live broadcast, moderation, and game elements. From conception to setup and execution, we delivered everything from a single source – as a true full-service event without external technical service providers.
When our client and their employees arrived at the hotel, the guests were still unaware of their good fortune. Their only information: a very special Christmas party awaited them that evening. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, the final preparations were in full swing. In the hotel’s Feststadl, we set up the stage, buzzers, control room, and event technology, tested camera and livestream setups, and rehearsed the entire sequence in detail.
At 5 PM, it was showtime: Guests were admitted to the event location and randomly assigned to their tables – and thus to their teams – for the evening.
Our project manager Marion Lenz welcomed all guests and finally revealed the secret: a festive gala evening with a company-specific game show! Her first impression: “People didn’t expect such a special evening program and were really on fire!”.

To ensure all guests could fully immerse themselves in the show feeling, our event architect and photo professional Florian Steinweg was on hand with the live action cam. The action on and off stage was broadcast in real-time onto the large screen of the show stage, making every emotion visible to everyone.
Ferdinand Kapfer from our project team guided the evening – confidently, charmingly, and with the flair of a born showman. He moderated through the program points and commented on all challenges live.
Philipp Schubert and Dominik Bollig at our control desk ensured a smooth technical process. They coordinated the entire team via radio and seamlessly switched the broadcast between live camera, event presentation, and pre-recorded clips.
To kick things off, skill was required: one person from each of the twelve team tables came onto the stage and had to unroll a complete roll of adhesive tape as quickly as possible.
How this goal was achieved was left up to the participants themselves – resulting in creative solutions. Only speed was decisive, as valuable points for the respective team’s score were awarded based on placement.

After the appetizer, it was time for wit and quick reactions. Quizmaster Ferdinand presented the teams with entertaining general knowledge questions related to the industry, tricky picture puzzles, and atmospheric song quizzes.
Clues were gradually displayed, but hesitation was not an option. Whoever buzzed first was allowed to answer and collect points for the team. However, incorrect answers also led to point deductions…
When showmaster Ferdinand Kapfer entered the stage after dinner in a racing suit instead of evening wear, it was clear: things were about to get fast-paced. Our electric go-karts were already waiting for their deployment on the outdoor area in front of the Feststadl. The teams competed against each other in a time trial through a specially designed course.
Light fog and more than 20 color-programmed LED spotlights immersed the track in a mystical atmosphere, creating a true racing feeling and beaming faces among all participants!

After this adrenaline rush, dessert in the Feststadl tasted twice as good. But one last competition remained: in the beer stein holding challenge, twelve participants once again had to demonstrate true endurance. Cheered on by their teams, everyone surpassed themselves and fought for the last decisive points. Hats off to this performance at the end of a spectacular evening!
Grand Stage for Grand Achievements: The Award Ceremony
As befits a real game show, our project manager Leonie Bähr had carefully documented and evaluated the scores of all teams throughout the evening. Thus, nothing stood in the way of the award ceremony led by showmaster Ferdi together with our client.
With the award ceremony, our THE GAME concluded, and guests seamlessly transitioned into a lively party with live DJs and drinks at the bar.
We also had reason to celebrate, as our client was absolutely thrilled with their exclusive live show. “One of the CEOs said after the event that he had never experienced such a spectacular company party in his entire career.
