As part of a conference, a medium-sized company wanted to communicate product news in a playful way – while simultaneously making its employees feel how much their commitment is valued.
Since the conference schedule was already tight, the dinner was intended to round off the event as a shared highlight: cleverly staged in terms of content and emotion.

Our solution: THE GAME – a proprietary evening show with a captivating mix of gala dinner, live entertainment, and game show. To ensure every moment hits the mark, we design THE GAME from scratch for every client: every moment tailor-made and perfectly staged through live moderation, camera, and direction.
Additionally, we can handle the entire organization in the background upon request: from researching and booking suitable locations to technology and service providers, through to coordinating all on-site processes. This allows the client to relax and enjoy their evening – without planning stress and with maximum experience value.
The Team in the Spotlight
The mission was clear: employees should feel like the stars who keep the company running – which is why the evening began in style with a flurry of flashbulbs on the red carpet. The photos were later shown on the screen in the hall, providing the first shared laughs right during the aperitif.
Upon arriving at the venue, guests looked forward to a fine multi-course menu. However, this only provided the culinary framework for the evening program, as our event team and professional moderator explained: Welcome to your own live show. Welcome to THE GAME!
Individual Program Highlights
Between the courses of their menu, guests experienced our unique show format with a variety of program highlights:
- entertaining skill challenges
- our clever product quiz on the latest features
- mini sports tasks
- live talks and interviews with employees and decision-makers from the company
Every table became a team, every guest part of the show. Content such as product news or strategic developments was integrated subtly, playfully, and effectively – so employees not only competed ambitiously for points for their own team but also anchored our client’s content independently and emotionally.
Enjoyment & Games in Balance
After each challenge, the next course of the menu followed: THE GAME deliberately creates time for conversation, enjoyment, and genuine togetherness, rather than just providing entertainment.
The evening was rounded off by an after-show party until the early hours of the morning – a real highlight, as the breakfast conversation the next morning showed: “That was legendary – we’ve never had anything like it!”

THE GAME was a complete success, as our client won in several ways with their own live show:
