Expedition
Embark on an unforgettable expedition with your team, following in the footsteps of the legendary Allgäu mountain pioneer and photographer Fritz Heimhuber – an experience where collaboration becomes more tangible with every meter of altitude gained.
Equipped with tablets and roadbooks, teams start in the valley and follow the historic route of the first ascent of the Nebelhorn.

Along the way, you will solve exciting puzzles and team challenges to ‘earn’ secret clues and tickets for the further ascent.

The tasks perfectly embody the ascent to the summit, for example, when you have to find a way to overcome the dreaded “Höllenschlucht” (Hell’s Gorge) like in the classic river crossing puzzle – or when you “hunt” for your provisions with bow and arrow.
Whether tricky, athletic, or skillful – at all times, the goal is to coordinate together, cleverly divide tasks, and leverage individual strengths to reach the goal step by step.
Upon reaching the summit, you will celebrate your collective achievement in style with a summit schnapps – and, of course, with an authentic summit photo, taken for posterity.
In winter, a special extra awaits upon request: an original Allgäu cheese fondue in the igloo restaurant of our IgluLodge on the Nebelhorn, exclusively for your group. Afterwards, a thrilling Zipflbob descent takes you back to the valley – fun guaranteed!

While we developed our Summit Conquest for the Nebelhorn in Oberstdorf, we can flexibly adapt the storyline and tasks to other mountains upon request.

Start & Briefing in the Valley
Welcome of the group, distribution of tablets, roadbooks, and equipment. Teams are divided and start the first stage.

First Tasks & Mountain Railway Tickets
Teams solve quiz questions, play pipeline or puzzle challenges, and earn mountain railway tickets for the next station.

Ascent
The journey continues on foot or with e-bikes to the mountain railway station and from there further towards the summit.

Game Stations Along the Way
Archery, skill challenges, or team tasks are on the agenda along the way. Each solved task provides further clues or aids for the ascent.

Arrival at the Summit
At the summit cross, the achievement is celebrated with summit schnapps and a shared photo in front of the Alpine panorama. The special shot glasses can be kept as a souvenir of the expedition.

Return & Conclusion
Joint descent or mountain railway ride.
Optional beforehand: summit hike, shared meal in the mountain restaurant, or sparkling wine reception.
