From the initial assembly and test runs to the moderated race, your teams experience how collective action leads to real success. The event concludes with cheers, pride, and a festive award ceremony.

There are no pre-fabricated kits in the Pulka Challenge: every team starts from scratch. With an extensive pool of materials and professional tools, unique creations are born. These are not only eye-catching – they also make the race particularly exciting!

Team allocation & task briefing
The group is divided into several teams. Each team is given the same task: to build a race-ready pulka sled.

Build phase
No kit: Teams develop their own designs from scratch, plan the construction, and implement their ideas. Our guides provide support and advice but only intervene to ensure safety.

Design Presentation & Safety Check
After completion, the teams present their pulkas – both the construction and the creative design are evaluated. This is followed by a safety inspection by the race management to ensure all sleds are ready to go.

Race & Action
Each team brings its pulka sled to the starting line and competes in an action-packed, professionally moderated race. The fastest time wins!

Awards ceremony & conclusion
To conclude, the winners are crowned and all participants are celebrated. Upon request, we can round off the event with music, catering, or a relaxed finish at the base camp.
