With the Soapbox Challenge, your teams experience an action-packed, hands-on event with a full Formula 1 feel—naturally promoting communication, personal responsibility, and team coordination.
From the initial draft to construction and the test run, participants plan, build, and customize their soapboxes completely independently. Every decision counts: Which materials will be used? How do we coordinate the components? And who takes on which role in the team?
Unlike standard kits, these are genuine unique pieces that clearly bear the team’s signature. Every difference in construction has a direct impact on race performance: whether it’s a nimble speedster or a powerful bolide—every soapbox drives differently.

Welcome and Teambuilding
Your participants are divided into several teams, each of which builds a soapbox.
The teams work completely independently. A high-quality workbook with general instructions is provided as a guide.

Material Sourcing + Construction Phase
Ready-made kits? Anyone could do that! With us, there are no limits to creativity:
Each team assembles its components from our large material pool and develops its unique soapbox from scratch.
At their own design station equipped with high-quality tools, each team assembles its soapbox, adjusts even the smallest details, and decorates the vehicle as they please.

Safety Check & Testing
After a safety inspection by our race management, each team can proudly present its self-built soapbox. No two soapboxes are alike! After a quick test run, it’s time for full throttle!

Soapbox Race
Each team appoints a driver who gives their all in the big competition to bring home the title. Depending on the group size, the racing pilots compete all at once or in waves—the best time wins.

Awards ceremony
The winners are celebrated on the podium in style: with thunderous applause, a triumphant soundtrack, and a magnum beer bottle featuring your company logo.
